Each full-text article will be independently reviewed by two reviewers. The reviewers will be blinded with respect to the name and the affiliations of the author(s). The reviewed manuscript is returned back to the corresponding author with comments and recommended revisions, in approximately one month from the submission date. Name and individual decisions of the referees are not transmitted to the author. Three repeated decisions of ‘review after revision’ are regarded as ‘rejection’. A final decision on acceptance for publication is transmitted to the author by the Editorial Board.
